Naphora Games Group partners with two Saudi game studios

Saudi-based Naphora Games Group announces deals with Holodot Studios and Raheebeen to develop games on multiple platforms.

Earlier this week, Naphora Games Group – a Saudi company focused on video games development and investment – announced two deals with Saudi game studios for the development and release of video games. In social posts through their official channels, Naphora said that it signed with Holodot Studios for the development of a PC and consoles game, and with Raheebeen Studio on a mobile game.

Naphora did not share any more specifics about the games in their announcements but their website lists a Sports Hero Shooter by Holodot Studio as coming soon to Xbox, Playstation, Steam and Epic Games Store. The game is described as “a 3v3 Sports Hero Fighters, Where Sport Games Meet Fast-paced Hero Shooter”. No details are available about the mobile game from Raheebeen.

Naphora said that these partnerships come in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 and in line with the company’s mission to bolster local games development and local games presence in global markets.

Taking a page from the music industry, the company describes itself as a “Games Label” focusing on supporting game creatives through multi-stage offerings from concept through incubation, acceleration then publishing. In addition to these two deals, Naphora’s website also lists NA4A, “a creative team to develop minigames inside the UEFN engine”.

Holodot Studios and Raheebeen are Saudi game studios established in 2023, and both have alumni from the GameFounders Saudi Arabia incubation and acceleration program.
